It is a place where legends like Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballé have left their mark, particularly with their iconic song. Renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, Barcelona stands out as a sophisticated hub of culture and entertainment, making it a true rock ‘n’ roll paradise.

The Hard Rock Cafe, a name synonymous with music and dining, began its journey in 1971. During a time when the Swinging Sixties transitioned into the Super Seventies, two ambitious Americans found themselves in London, searching for a quality burger. Unable to find a suitable establishment, they decided to create their own eatery in the heart of the English capital. Initially met with skepticism, their landlord only granted them a six-month lease, doubting the venture's longevity. However, four decades later, the Hard Rock Cafe has expanded to nearly 200 locations across more than 50 countries worldwide.

The first T-shirt was introduced in 1974, and the collection of memorabilia began in 1979 when Eric Clapton requested to display his Lead II Fender guitar above his favourite bar stool, marking the beginning of a unique tradition. Today, the Hard Rock Cafe boasts an impressive collection of over 74,000 items, making it the largest rock 'n' roll memorabilia collection globally. By 1982, the Hard Rock Cafe had established its international presence, and the story continues to unfold.

• Moving Mountains® Burger - A 100% plant-based burger patty, adorned with cheddar cheese and a crispy onion ring, served with leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, alongside seasoned fries.
• Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Juicy grilled chicken paired with melted Monterey Jack cheese, crispy bacon, fresh leaf lettuce, and vine-ripened tomato, all nestled in a toasted bun with honey mustard sauce and seasoned fries.
• Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese - Tender grilled chicken breast served on cavatappi pasta, all tossed in a rich four-cheese sauce.
• Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - Grilled chicken served on a bed of fresh romaine lettuce, dressed in a classic Caesar dressing, and garnished with parmesan crisps, croutons, and shaved parmesan cheese.
• Tupelo Chicken Tenders - Crispy chicken tenders served with seasoned fries, honey mustard, and our signature barbecue sauce.
• BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich - Available until 31/12/2020, this dish features hand-pulled smoked pork slathered in our house-made barbecue sauce, served on a toasted bun with coleslaw, sliced Granny Smith apples, and seasoned fries.

• Smoked BBQ Combo - Available until 31/12/2020, this dish features slow-cooked Baby Back Ribs and hand-pulled smoked pork, served with our house-made barbecue sauce and seasoned fries. From 1/1/2021, enjoy a slow-cooked ½ rack of Baby Back Ribs and ½ grilled BBQ chicken with our barbecue sauce and seasoned fries.
• Grilled Salmon - A perfectly seasoned and grilled salmon fillet topped with chipotle aioli, served with grilled lemon, fresh vegetables, and seasoned fries.
• Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese - Grilled chicken breast served on cavatappi pasta tossed in a creamy four-cheese sauce.
