The culinary creations are crafted by the dedicated chef, Thierry Marx, who is passionate about sustainability and local sourcing. Ticket options are available for either 6:30 pm or 9 pm, and it is essential to adhere to the selected time at the moment of booking, as this cannot be changed on the day of your visit. Additionally, guests can scan the QR code provided at the reception to engage in a digital Mystery Game that explores the history of Madame Brasserie and the Eiffel Tower.
